We collect the name, email address, date of birth and contact number you provide at registration, plus any identity documents submitted for verification. We also log your login times, device type and IP address for security purposes.

We share data only with payment processors such as UPI networks, Paytm and PhonePe strictly to complete transactions, and with fraud-prevention services where required by law. We do not sell your data to advertisers or unrelated third parties under any circumstances.

After account closure we retain data for the period required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Once that period ends, all personal records are either permanently deleted from our systems or anonymised so they can no longer be linked back to you.
